Layout of dust-free workshop

1. When designing a dust-free workshop, the surrounding environment and the use of the dust-free room should be considered comprehensively, the relationship between the building and the production equipment should be considered, and the process should be reasonably organized to minimize the space.

2, the dust-free workshop is generally equipped with a purification air conditioning system, between different cleanliness levels of the area, should be set up buffer room and buffer room doors. Separate circuits should be set up between areas with different air cleanliness to reduce interference. There should be a buffer between the production area and the office area.

3, when determining the dust-free workshop area, the flow route and transportation facilities of staff and materials should be considered. The dust-free workshop area can be calculated as follows:

(1) The vertical distance from the ground to the roof (i.e. the net height) H=2.5m.

(2) Work area length L=20m, material handling distance L=5m.

(3) The air cleanliness is level 5, and the working area length should be 12m. That is, a buffer room should be set up in the dust-free workshop, and its net height is generally 6~9m.

 

Clean room air purification

The air purification of the clean room mainly includes two aspects, one is to control the cleanliness of the indoor air, and the other is to maintain the indoor humidity and temperature.

1. The air flow organization in the dust-free room should be as simple as possible to avoid mutual interference in the air flow organization.

2, under the premise of ensuring a certain wind speed, it is better to use the air supply from the top down.

3. When natural air supply is used, the air supply outlet should be set at 0.3~0.5m from the ground, preferably in the upper part; The return air outlet should be located at the lower part.

4, the air purification equipment should be set in the lower part of the indoor air circulation direction.

5, the air flow organization should use the upper, middle and lower three-stage type, that is, the upper part is the initial effect filter section, the middle part is the medium effect filter section, and the lower part is the high efficiency filter section.

6, the high efficiency filter should be set at the end of the air supply pipeline, or installed at the entrance of the return air pipeline, and should be set up a detection port. When there are special requirements in the clean room, the filter for the clean room can be set up according to the requirements.

7. High efficiency filter and return air outlet should be made of materials with good sealing performance. Before installing the return air outlet, do a good job of sealing to prevent leakage. After the clean room has been used for a period of time, if there is leakage, it must be repaired and re-sealed in time.

8, the dust-free room must maintain a certain humidity and temperature, its relative humidity should not exceed 50%; The temperature in the clean room should be kept at about 25℃.

 

Clean air conditioning system

1, the purification air conditioning system must be designed, installed, debugging by professional units with relevant qualifications, and through the company’s technical person in charge of acceptance.

2, purification air conditioning system after debugging qualified, by professional personnel for management and maintenance and cleaning work.

3, the equipment of the purification air conditioning system should be checked regularly and made records to ensure normal operation.

4, the user of the purification air conditioning system should strictly abide by the operating procedures to avoid pollution caused by human factors.

5. The temperature and humidity of each part of the dust-free room should meet the process requirements and should not be changed at will.

6, the purification air conditioning system must be adapted to the process requirements to ensure the cleanliness requirements.

7, the air supply and return air outlets of the air conditioning system should be cleaned and disinfected regularly.

8, the air pipes and pipes in the air conditioning system should be made of corrosion-resistant materials, and have anti-corrosion measures, and can not produce any harmful substances.

 

Clean room equipment management

1, the clean room must be managed by a special person, equipped with corresponding instruments and equipment, and regularly checked and maintained.

2, in the process of use, it is strictly prohibited to enter the clean room.

3. Flammable and explosive items shall not be stored in the dust-free room, and items unrelated to work shall not be stored.

4, the operator should strictly abide by the operating procedures and work system of the clean room, and put an end to illegal operations.

5, the equipment must be carefully checked before use to confirm that it is in good condition.

6. If problems are found in use, they should be handled and reported in time.

7, the equipment in the dust-free room must have rainproof and dustproof measures to ensure the use of safety and extend the service life.

8, the equipment in the clean room should be away from high temperature, high pressure, high magnetic field environment and places easy to produce dust, so as to avoid electrostatic damage to the equipment.

Production process control

2, the dust-free room should avoid the production area personnel walking and gathering, in the cleanliness requirements of high areas should be kept quiet and noiseless.

3. The staff entering the dust-free room should replace the clean work clothes and confirm the cleanliness through the air shower system.

4, the production and processing of materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the dust-free room should have a fixed storage area, and according to the prescribed process for processing, packaging and storage, it is strictly prohibited to use tools or items unrelated to the product in the dust-free room.

5. Measures should be taken to maintain cleanliness in the material storage area of the dust-free room to prevent the material from being contaminated.

6, the materials and semi-finished products used in the dust-free room should avoid direct contact with the air.

7, the air filter used in the clean room should be cleaned and replaced regularly, and the air filter should not be blocked.

8, the waste water generated in the production process shall be treated and then discharged, and shall not be directly discharged into the sewer.

 

Personnel training management

1, clean room management personnel should be trained, master the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical experience, and pass the examination before they can work.

2, clean room management personnel should strictly implement clean room management system.

(3) Personnel entering the clean room shall receive the necessary training to make them understand the requirements of the workplace and the impact of the environment on product quality and safety.

4, the staff should take off their clothes and shoes and socks before entering the clean room, and wash their hands with soap before entering the clean room.

5, before entering the clean room, the staff should use clean work clothes, and should comply with the relevant regulations of the workplace.

6, the clean room should have sufficient lighting and appropriate temperature and humidity control to ensure product quality and safety.

7. When entering the dust-free room, the staff should wear clean work clothes, clean work caps and clean gloves. Wear a mask if necessary (but not often).

8. All personnel entering the clean room must change masks and other protective equipment regularly in accordance with regulations.

 

Environmental management

1, clean room must comply with the relevant national environmental protection and energy conservation laws and regulations.

2. Smoking, use of open flame, barbecue and use of various electronic equipment are strictly prohibited in the clean room.

3, the clean room is strictly prohibited to store items unrelated to purification, if there are special needs should be transferred to a place away from the clean room.

4. No flammable, explosive and other dangerous goods shall be stored in the room.

5, enter the clean room personnel must change clean work clothes, it is strictly prohibited to wear slippers or bare feet to enter, to avoid carrying items that may cause pollution.

6, do not make loud noise in the dust-free room, do not wear clothes with pockets or wear jewelry, do not carry out entertainment activities indoors.
